bahh. i really really need to get out! bish* hope i can go out tmr mans!!! weEeeheEe~ go out tmrrr~! lalalala~ hahaha. had training today. hated it! xP did training exceptionally fast today! warm up 10min fast. drills also fast. striding also fast! omgg. think it was insane?! -.- den training. frequency. standing jumps 15secs continuous did 77 in total. horse jumps koas. jump of de box. i freaked out. hahas! den carry 7.5kg in each hand and jump up from full squat 10times. den swiss knife 20 and back extention 15x wib 5kg weight. yay! training log is in my blog. hahas! hmms. was supposed to do 7sets! end up we did 4. jana de new girl did 3 de guys did 5. wahhas! den went home wib gail and janice. hahas. nothing much happened today actually. bahhh. oh wells. tmr im going out. YAY! weeeee~ wach movieee. lala. hahaha. okae i guess i have nothing much to say now? dunno ler. i full of emotion.(( not that i'm gonna cry )) just many mixed feelings inside. sigh- oh well. toodles! x)
